Inspired by the extraordinary courage of Captain Mbaye Diagne, a Senegalese United Nations peacekeeper who repeatedly risked his life to save civilians during the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda.
The series explores courage, duty, family, sacrifice, and the moral responsibility of one individual confronted with institutional failure and unimaginable violence.
